Your membership agreement
Plan duration, individual price, benefits, access restrictions and payment terms must be confirmed with reception before purchase. A listed price does not override your recorded individual agreement.
Renewals, freezes and cancellation
Eligibility follows the membership agreement accepted when you join. No automatic refund, cancellation fee or freeze entitlement is promised. Contact reception with your membership reference for review. Approved refunds are recorded against the original payment.
Bookings and gym use
Trial visits require staff confirmation. Class and training reservations depend on availability and an eligible membership. The gym’s configured cancellation window applies. Train within your capabilities and seek qualified guidance where needed.
